Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
Monday 22 June 2020.
Following the latest SOLT guidance, and in line with UK Government advice about coronavirus (COVID-19), performances of all West End shows are officially cancelled until Sunday 2 August 2020 and exchanges/refunds are being processed. Performances of THE PRINCE OF EGYPT are additionally suspended until Saturday 31 October 2020. If further cancellations or suspensions are necessary, they will continue to be announced on a rolling basis, in line with the latest advice.
If you have booked directly with the theatre or show website for an affected performance on or before 1 August 2020, please be assured that the theatre will contact you directly to arrange an exchange, credit note or refund. If you have booked via a ticket agent, they will also be in contact with you directly. As you can imagine, we have an unprecedented number of ticket orders which we are processing in strict date order of performance. We appreciate your patience and understanding as the current circumstances mean that it may not be possible to process all tickets within our usual 14 days.
Please do not contact your credit card company as that will slow the process down and put an additional burden on our box office and ticket agent teams.
Whilst we await further Government advice, new sales for performances of THE PRINCE OF EGYPT between Monday 3 August and Saturday 31 October have been suspended. In order for us to serve our audiences as best we can, please do not get in touch with your point of sale if you have booked for performances after 1 August, but please be reassured that if we do have to officially cancel future performances you will be directly contacted by your ticket provider. We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.
Tickets are currently on sale for performances from Monday 2 November 2020 to Saturday 4 September 2021. Performances will officially resume pending UK Government advice.
