Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
Tuesday 5 May 2020.
Following the latest SOLT guidance, and in line with the government advice about coronavirus (COVID-19), the Dominion Theatre is closed to the public and all performances of The Prince of Egypt have been cancelled until 27 June 2020. If further cancellations are necessary, they will continue to be announced on a rolling basis, in line with the latest advice from the Government.
If you have booked directly with the theatre or show website for an affected performance before 27 June, please be assured that the theatre will contact you directly to arrange an exchange, credit note or refund. If you have booked via a ticket agent, they will also be in contact with you directly.
As you can imagine, we have an unprecedented number of ticket orders which we are processing in strict date order of performance. We ask for your patience and understanding as the current circumstances mean that it may not be possible to process all tickets within our usual 14 days.
Please do not contact your credit card company as that will slow the process down and put an additional burden on our box office and ticket agent teams.
In order for us to serve our audiences the best we can, please do not get in touch with your point of sale if you have booked for performances after 27 June, but please be reassured that if we do have to cancel future performances you will be directly contacted by your ticket provider. We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.
We look forward to welcoming you back to The Prince of Egypt as soon as we are allowed to resume performances.
